really good stay on the canal

ample space stylish decoration private pier
the junior suite gran canal view had ample space. The decorations were stylish and clean. I was super happy to discover a private pier right outside. the hotel staff, especially enrico, gave accurate recommendations for local eateries and attractions.
the room was a bit too close to reception. i could hear most conversations. This was disruptive to my rest, especially early mornings.

the hotel location is near major attractions. it provides easy access to many points of interest. the rialto bridge is close. This allows for convenient travel and exploration throughout the area.

staff members were helpful. they helped with phone calls. they inquired about lost luggage. their support made navigating travel challenges easier. I felt that every request received prompt and helpful attention.

convenient location venetian touch dinner reservation small bathroom dark room lack of lift
The location was really convenient. The vaporetto stop was a short walk away. the room had a venetian touch, which i liked. the staff helped me with dinner reservations, that was very cheerful.
The bathroom was small. I had little space for my things. the room felt dark. There wasn't much natural light. there was no lift, and i had to carry my luggage up some steps.

leaky shower broken stool leg
The bathroom was a real letdown. it was small and was to be in poor condition. I noticed the shower leaked and the stool leg was actually broken! noisy conditions outside bothered me a lot because the room sat above a landing area used for resupplying nearby restaurants and shops.

lovely stay near rialto bridge

fantastic view breakfast service helpful staff
The room offered a fantastic view of the canal. breakfast service to the room completed the experience. marco at the front desk was very helpful. He assisted with gondola scheduling and reservations. the location felt safe and convenient.
The bathroom in the room was quite small. It could benefit from some improvements.

The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. It was also close to the rialto bridge, a distinct advantage. the building felt secure, a great reassurance when exploring late. two vaporetto stations nearby are very useful.
