I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, but our room didn't always face the canal as we had hoped. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, but the dining was a bit hit-and-miss with some bland options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.

Staying at this hotel was such a delight! The room on the first floor with a view of the canal was just amazing, and the service was top-notch. The location couldn't have been better, right off the Grand Canal but still peaceful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement.
